Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered the Omega-3 Fish Oil and the Vitamin D3 from their website. The ordering process was pretty straightforward, no issues there. They shipped it out next day and it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. Everything was well-packaged. The quality of the supplements seems good; I've been taking them for a couple weeks now and feel a bit more energetic. I had a question about the Vitamin D3 dosage and used their contact form, and customer support got back to me within a day with a clear answer. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.

Great value on melatonin

I was looking for some Melatonin and saw Webber Naturals had a buy one get one free deal on their site. That was a pretty good saving! I ended up getting two bottles for the price of one, which made the whole purchase feel very worth it. It's hard to beat that kind of value when you're trying to save money on supplements.

Love the Collagen!

I just got their Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid and it's amazing! My skin already feels smoother. The shipping was super fast too. I'm definitely buying from them again!

Decent products, slow refund

I recently purchased their Magnesium Bisglycinate and the Multivitamins for Men. The quality of both seems fine, and I haven't had any adverse reactions. The website was easy to navigate when I placed the order. My only real gripe was with a return. I accidentally ordered an extra bottle of the multivitamins, and while the return process itself was clear, it took almost two weeks to get my refund processed after they received the item back. It wasn't a huge deal, but I did expect it to be a bit quicker. Otherwise, I'm happy with the products and their customer service was helpful when I inquired about the refund status.

Are these guys legit? I'm used to Nature's Bounty, just wondering if Webber is a good alternative.

S Sarah 3 months ago
Totally legit. They're Canadian, but widely available here. I've used their Omega-3s for ages, no issues.

They're a big brand, I'd say comparable to Jamieson or Nature's Bounty in terms of quality and selection. Haven't had any problems with their products myself.

I'm thinking of trying the Ashwagandha, but I'm worried about returns if it doesn't work for me. How easy is their return process?

D Dana Lindqvist 2 months ago
Returns are usually handled by the store you bought it from, not directly by Webber. So if you get it at a pharmacy, you'd return it there.

I returned some Vitamin D3 once at my local grocery store where I bought it. It was pretty straightforward, just needed the receipt. Their website doesn't really do direct returns since they don't sell direct-to-consumer here afaik.

Is there a good time of year to stock up on the Magnesium Bisglycinate or like, BOGO deals on other stuff?

D David Carter 2 months ago
Yeah, I always see sales around January and the fall, like September/October. Keep an eye out then.

They do BOGOs a lot, but usually through pharmacies or grocery stores. I signed up for their newsletter and get alerts for those type of deals sometimes.

Does Webber Naturals ship directly to the US? Or do I have to buy it from like, Target or something.

L Lisa 2 months ago
They don't sell direct from their website in the US. You gotta get it from a retailer.

Yeah, I've always just picked it up at local drug stores or bigger grocery chains. They're pretty common so you shouldn't have trouble finding them.
